In 2005, 61% of 4th graders in the BPS were leading below grade level - by 8th grade, the number rises to 74%. What are the consequences for our children? What are the consequences for our community? Is it possible to break the Cycle? If so, how? Who will do it? How long will it take? How much money will it cost? What will be the benefits to our Community? These and other issues will be discussed. You will have an opportunity to ask questions.
