Who we are
The Western New York Grantmakers Association (WNYGA) is a collaborative community of philanthropic individuals, professionals and organizations. WNYGA:
- Offers programs and resources that support effective, strategic philanthropy
- Fosters effective communications about the value of philanthropy and the philanthropic sector to the larger community
- Informs and advances public policy that supports effective philanthropy
- Supports meaningful collaboration and knowledge sharing among funders and their organizations
WNYGA serves as a catalyst and connector of people, institutions, ideas, resources, advocacy and action for change. Through WNYGA, philanthropic organizations in the Western New York area advance their missions by working collaboratively with each other and being exposed to important information, people, emerging trends and issues.
